2. Comprehensive Full Body Evaluation
We dedicate 90 mins to your first visit to allow you the most value and quality care. We start by listening to your whole story and all your concerns. Then we do a head to toe full examination of your strength, range of motion, posture, etc to pinpoint the causes of your symptoms. We start treatment on day 1 to get you started on your journey to feeling amazing!
3. Treatment Sessions
Here we do 60 minutes with you treating and focusing on the areas we identified in the evaluation. Treatments can include:
targeted strengthening and stretching exercises, dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, education regarding helpful resources, posture corrections, and more to accomplish the goals important to you!
4. Succeed & Prosper
This is where the magic happens! You have been consistent with your program, you put in the work and stayed accountable in our facebook group and through text/email communication with your physical therapist… You are seeing all the progress and feeling amazing! You have reached your goal and have a plan and all the tools to maintain or continue to make progress on your own!
